First I thought about why I want to lose weight:
- My Health
- Myself
- My Family
Then set goals:
- Goal Weight Short Term and/or Long Term(a realistic weight you would feel comfortable at not necessarily within your BMI)
- Date you would like to reach your goal (i.e- Birthday, Wedding, Next Year, etc...)
- How often you will be able to workout (Gym, At Home, Outside)
- Amount of Calories you will eat a day (I use myfitnesspal.com to help me control my portions/calories)

My Current Weight: 158.2
My Goal Weight:135
Date to reach my Goal: July 17 (My 24th Birthday)
Time working out: 5 Days a Week
Calories eating per day: 1,320
