Rest Day, Breakfast, &Fruit

Today I was just drained and had a headache on top of it all so I opted out on my work out for today. On days when I don't workout I try my hardest to stay within my 1,300 calorie range. Here is what I had today for breakfast.

Quaker Oatmeal, Strawberry and Cream Instant Packet: 130 calories
Hard Boiled Egg, Egg Whites Only: 34 Calories
Kiwi: 46 Calories
Total: 210 calories
Here is my snack for the day also! 

Strawberry halves 1 cup: 49 calories
Grapple, Half: 48 calories
Navel Oranges, Half: 35 calories
Mango, .15 cup: 16 calories
Pure Cane Sugar. Half tsp: 8 calories
Total: 156 calories


Eating healthy is hard but just take it one day at a time!
