Strength day

Today was another strength/weight training/sculpting day. I try to do something with resistance, weights or both at least 3 times a week. I have a strong dislike weights. I'm more of a cardio/kickboxing/pilates/yoga type of girl. But hey you have to do what you have to do! 


Today's workout consisted of Barry Bootcamp Fat Blaster Upper Body Workout and Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred Level 3! 


Which turned into me looking like a hot sweaty mess! :( 

But I felt amazing afterwards.
