BEEN MIA......

So I have been MIA for about a little less than a week. Its been because I have been busting my tail with school work but it hasnt been showing, however I have still been working out, but the eating habits have not been the best! but its okay I'm getting back in track. See you later!

Monday Weigh in

Today's weigh in is 157.8. That means Im down 0.4lbs from last week! Although I'm disappointed with this number a lost is a lost! Working harder for better results next week!

Started my week off with Jillian Micheal's 30 day Shred Level 2, TurboFire 30 Class, and Denise Austins Pilates!

Strength day

Today was another strength/weight training/sculpting day. I try to do something with resistance, weights or both at least 3 times a week. I have a strong dislike weights. I'm more of a cardio/kickboxing/pilates/yoga type of girl. But hey you have to do what you have to do! 


Today's workout consisted of Barry Bootcamp Fat Blaster Upper Body Workout and Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred Level 3! 


Which turned into me looking like a hot sweaty mess! :( 

But I felt amazing afterwards.

Todays salad

I woke up late: around 11am and immediately worked out then I ate this amazing salad and got ready for my day! well I didnt eat again until around 4ish and it was a bowl (1cup of spaghetti) which by that time I had already gotten dizzy and started feeling like I was going to faint and throw up at the same time. I had to drink water and sit in front of a fan for about 15 minutes then suck it up and head out to school.  Moral of the story you need to EAT!

Rest Day, Breakfast, &Fruit

Today I was just drained and had a headache on top of it all so I opted out on my work out for today. On days when I don't workout I try my hardest to stay within my 1,300 calorie range. Here is what I had today for breakfast.

Quaker Oatmeal, Strawberry and Cream Instant Packet: 130 calories
Hard Boiled Egg, Egg Whites Only: 34 Calories
Kiwi: 46 Calories
Total: 210 calories
Here is my snack for the day also! 

Strawberry halves 1 cup: 49 calories
Grapple, Half: 48 calories
Navel Oranges, Half: 35 calories
Mango, .15 cup: 16 calories
Pure Cane Sugar. Half tsp: 8 calories
Total: 156 calories


Eating healthy is hard but just take it one day at a time!

1/24/2012 Workout and Favorite Snack

Today's workout Was Turbo Jams Cardio Party and Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack! 


I have a really bad sweet tooth. I love chocolate and I found these bad boys to give me my little fix. LOL. They are only 90 calories which is a bonus and they taste great!
